The program focuses on teaching you how to create, deploy, and manage robots (or "bots") for the corporate environment, with the goal of automating tasks that are typically manual, repetitive, and time-consuming.

At Smarthis, we believe that our greatest asset is you. For this reason, we have designed a special training to invest in your education. In this path, you will be guided through the following journey:
Culture & Welcome; Introduction to RPA training; Introduction to Business Analytics; Code Best Practices; RPA Foundation and RPA Advanced (exclusive UiPath training). - Project Insertion
After finishing the previous phases, it's time to get hands-on! Here you will be placed in a project, meet your new team, and be ready to start your journey of practical experience at Smarthis.
Upon completing the training, your daily routine will consist of developing RPA solutions, together with your team, for national and/or international clients.

Responsibilities and duties
Your work will be:
- Together with your project team, you will contribute to the delivery of automation solutions, helping our clients in their digital transformations;
- You will be able to use all your passion and desire to program in your daily life.
Requirements and qualifications
What you need to have:
- Graduation from the 6th semester onwards;
- Knowledge of some programming language (.NET, Python, PHP, Java, C#, VBA, VB Script, among others);
- Intermediate English.
Great if you have:
- Knowledge of Machine Learning, Business Intelligence, or RPA (Robotic Process Automation);
- Knowledge of Excel.
