Role Description

We are seeking a mid-entry Backend Developer to join our expanding team. This pivotal role involves collaborating with our developers to deliver exceptional e-commerce web experiences and lasting business value for our clients. You will play a critical role in understanding and executing clients’ technical requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

• Demonstrated expertise in e-commerce web development, with a strong preference for experience within an e-commerce ecosystem such as Shopify.
• Proficiency in PHP, SQL, REST API, and GraphQL.
• Minimum of 5 years of back-end development experience (Required).
• Experience in integrating with 3rd party platforms via API.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies, specifically tailored to e-commerce projects.
• Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and a track record of adeptly troubleshooting complex technical challenges in e-commerce development.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders within the e-commerce context.
• A proactive attitude, adaptability to evolving project requirements, and an unwavering commitment to delivering top-notch e-commerce solutions within designated timeframes.

Nice to Have

• A deep understanding of requirements/functionalities, particularly within the e-commerce landscape.
• React JS experience.
• Experience with Shopify stores.
