Our Inbound Marketing team drives organic audience attraction, engagement, and conversion, integrating Content and SEO/GEO disciplines.
The SEO/GEO pillar has evolved beyond traditional search engine rankings. We now ensure maximum brand visibility and authority on platforms like Google/Bing, as well as within AI-generated synthesis responses (Answer Engine Optimization).
Our work encompasses advanced technical audits, information architecture, content strategies centered on search intent/E-E-A-T, and optimization for large language model (LLM) citations. We partner with major clients across various sectors (B2B, B2C, E-commerce, Education), fostering a dynamic, challenging, and scalable environment.

Responsibilities and Attributions
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- SEO/GEO Strategy: Define, plan, and guide the organic optimization roadmap, covering Technical SEO, On-page SEO, Off-page SEO, and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).
- GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) Structuring: Implement tactics to ensure brand citation and recommendation by AI platforms like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews, focusing on E-E-A-T, structured data, authority citations, and semantic coverage.
- Advanced Technical SEO: Diagnose and direct complex technical SEO corrections for crawlability, indexability, Core Web Vitals, information architecture, rendering (SSR/CSR), and internationalization.
- Content Optimization & User Intent: Map search journeys, research advanced entities and keywords, and guide content teams to create high-authority informational materials aligned with Google's E-E-A-T guidelines.
- Performance Analysis and Attribution: Monitor and report on performance metrics including traffic, conversion, traditional share of voice, and share of model (AI citations), directly linking SEO/GEO results to client business objectives.
- Consulting and Executive Alignment: Lead strategic alignment meetings with clients, presenting impact reports, growth opportunities, and clear technical justifications.
- Disseminate SEO/GEO culture and best practices to partner teams (Product, Technology, CRO, Content, and Media).
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Advanced Google Workspace: Full command of spreadsheets for complex data analysis (advanced formulas, pivot tables) and executive presentation creation.
- Strategic Communication and NVC: Ability to adapt discourse for diverse audiences (developers, writers, executives) and apply Non-Violent Communication in daily interactions.
- Functional Leadership and Teamwork: Capability to orchestrate cross-functional demands, delegate clearly, and align stakeholders for optimal solutions.
- Project Management and Organization: Excellence in self-management, ROI-based deliverable prioritization, and structured organization of technical documentation.
- Proactivity and Business Acumen: Proactive profile that anticipates market trends, continuously invests in self-development, and promotes SEO/GEO culture within the organization.
- Advanced proficiency in industry tools: Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, Google Analytics (GA4).
- Proven experience in E-E-A-T (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness) optimization and Schema.org (Structured Data) implementation.
- Mastery of GEO concepts and strategies for presence in LLMs/Answer Engines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Technical/Dev Knowledge: Ability to read and understand JavaScript (Client-side vs Server-side rendering), HTML/CSS, and PHP for more effective communication with IT teams.
- Data Visualization: Proficiency in creating dynamic and automated dashboards using Google Looker Studio.
- Data-Oriented Projects: Familiarity with data extraction/analysis in BigQuery or via Python/R for SEO.
- 360° Digital Marketing Vision: Practical knowledge of CRO, Paid Media, CRM, and Social Media, enabling fluid integration across attraction channels.
- Intermediate/Advanced English;
- Intermediate/Advanced Spanish.
