We are not seeking a Web Designer. We are looking for a professional who deeply understands WordPress as a comprehensive system.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Several years of experience managing large-scale WordPress setups.
• Ability to think in terms of systems, data models, and architectures, rather than individual pages.
• Expertise in diagnosing performance bottlenecks and implementing sustainable fixes.
• Strong understanding of clean code and structural integrity.
• Highly organized, self-sufficient, and committed to thorough documentation.
• A balanced approach: avoiding agency over-engineering while maintaining high quality (no quick-and-dirty solutions).

Nice to Have:

• Experience managing very large SEO projects.
• Developing custom Elementor widgets.
• Proficiency with WP-CLI and shell automations.
• Experience with WordPress Multisite or Content Hubs.
• Understanding of crawl budget optimization and indexing logic.
• Experience implementing AI pipelines and automation workflows.

Role Overview

As a Freelancer, you will assume technical responsibility for the operation, stability, and continuous development of the platform. Your primary focus areas include:
