YOU
- Several years of experience with WordPress at a large setup level
- Think in systems, data models & architectures — not in individual pages
- Understand why things become slow — and how to fix them sustainably
- Clean code and structural understanding
- Document, work in an organized & independent manner
- No agency overengineering — but no quick & dirty either
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience with very large SEO projects
- Development of custom Elementor widgets
- WP-CLI / Shell automations
- Experience with Multisite / Content hubs
- Understanding of crawl budget & indexing logic
- Experience with AI pipelines & automation
