- Partner with UX, Creative, Strategy, and Account teams to ensure technical feasibility, smooth project handoffs, and cohesive user experiences.
- Establish scalable front-end systems, reusable components, and pattern libraries to improve consistency, efficiency, and maintainability in digital projects.
- Audit existing websites and platforms, identify optimization opportunities, and recommend scalable technical solutions aligned with long-term client goals.
- Contribute to technical documentation, code reviews, workflow improvements, and discussions on emerging technologies and best practices.

- Working knowledge of APIs, AI-assisted development tools, and integrating AI-driven features into digital products.
- Experience with Git/version control systems and modern development workflows.
- Strong understanding of accessibility, responsive design, SEO, and web performance optimization.
- Ability to translate wireframes and design systems into polished, functional digital experiences.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across remote, cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree and/or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications

- Comprehensive benefits package including nationwide health, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) with employer contribution, employer-paid life insurance and short-term disability.
- Flexible time off (FTO) with additional time-off options, including sick, volunteer & bereavement leave, paid parental leave, a day off on your birthday PLUS two agency-wide closures in the summer and winter.
