Senior Web Developer (U.S. Market Focus)

AGS Management (UAE Office) is seeking an experienced Senior Web Developer to join our team in Dubai, UAE. This full-time, on-site role requires working the night shift, aligning with Los Angeles working hours, to lead technical development for our U.S. market websites. We are a fast-growing security services company expanding our support operations in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and optimize high-performance landing pages and service websites targeting the U.S. market.
• Develop custom functionalities utilizing HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS frameworks (specifically WordPress).
• Maintain and update existing websites, ensuring optimal performance, security, and uptime.
• Collaborate closely with SEO and digital marketing teams to significantly enhance user experience (UX).
• Integrate essential third-party tools, APIs, booking forms, and lead capture systems.
• Ensure full website responsiveness, speed optimization, and comprehensive browser compatibility.
• Manage website hosting, technical troubleshooting, security, firewall implementation, and backups.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of professional Web Development experience (agency or U.S. market background preferred).
• Strong proficiency in WordPress development, including plugins and custom themes.
• Expertise in core web technologies: JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and PHP.
• Proven experience implementing and maintaining SEO best practices.
• Experience managing website security, firewalls, backups, and ensuring compliance.
• Understanding of fundamental UX/UI design principles.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Highly organized, detail-focused, and capable of meeting strict deadlines.
• Ability to work the required night shift (UAE time zone) aligned with Los Angeles operations.
• Knowledge of U.S. market standards in security or related industries is an advantage.

Location Requirement: This is an on-site role. Candidates must be located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and able to join immediately.
