We are seeking a Senior Tech Lead to work on a strategic project focused on the modernization and migration of legacy systems, supporting the technological evolution of a large organization. This professional will play a fundamental role in the technical leadership of transforming existing systems, helping to define more modern, scalable, and sustainable architectures, and supporting technical decisions aligned with business needs. The role will involve interaction with product, business, and technical teams, ensuring that the migration and evolution of applications occur with security, performance, and operational continuity.
Responsibilities
- Technically lead legacy system modernization and migration initiatives.
- Support in defining architecture and technological evolution strategy for applications.
- Act as a bridge between business, product, and technology areas, translating needs into technical solutions.
- Guide and support developers in implementing software engineering best practices.
- Conduct technical reviews, define development and architecture standards.
- Support decisions related to system integration, APIs, and distributed architecture.
- Ensure technical quality, scalability, and sustainability of developed solutions.
- Contribute to the evolution of development, delivery, and technical governance processes.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Experience as a Tech Lead, Software Architect, or technical squad leader.
- We are looking for a professional with a consultative and strategic profile, capable of acting both in technical leadership and in communication with business areas.
- Experience in modernizing or migrating legacy systems.
- Experience with multiple technological stacks, such as: Python, .NET / C#, PHP.
- Experience with system integration, APIs, and distributed architectures.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture or scalable systems.
- Experience with Cloud environments or modern architectures.
- Experience with agile methodologies and technical team management.
Desirable
- Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Experience in refactoring and monolith decomposition strategies.
- Knowledge of event-driven architecture or messaging.
