Your Next Job Will Be About
Your tasks and responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining internal developer tools, platforms, and frameworks to enhance developer productivity and consistency.
- Designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and automation processes to reduce lead times and identify errors early.
- Collaborating with developers to gather pain points and propose effective solutions.
- Staying updated on new technologies and proposing innovative ideas for our platforms.
- Mentoring and collaborating with IT colleagues to strengthen knowledge-sharing and team growth.

What Should You Bring
We are looking for a new colleague who:
- Possesses strong programming skills in one or more of the following: PHP, JavaScript, or Java.
- Has solid experience with CI/CD systems (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Argo), build pipelines, and automation.
- Thrives in a collaborative, developer-centric environment, actively engaging in requirement gathering, feedback, and mentoring.
- Can balance working with both legacy systems and new services, making pragmatic and well-reasoned decisions.
- Demonstrates excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Can break down and prioritize large, complex features into smaller, manageable tasks.
- Takes a proactive approach to improving solutions and challenging the status quo.
