Job Summary
Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable systems, leading technical decisions, and working closely with product and business teams to deliver high-quality software. Ideal for engineers with system architecture capabilities who want to lead technical direction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend services, APIs, and frontend applications (PHP / JavaScript / TypeScript)
- Design highly scalable and highly stable system architecture
- Responsible for database design and performance optimization
- Conduct Code Reviews and promote best practices
- Optimize system performance (queries, caching, etc.)
- Collaborate with DevOps on deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting
- Mentor junior engineers and participate in technical decision-making
Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience
- Proficient in PHP and JavaScript / TypeScript
- Familiar with Laravel / Nest.js / Vue 3
- Experience in system architecture and API design
- Familiar with MySQL or PostgreSQL databases
- Understanding of Docker, CI/CD, and basic DevOps processes
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
- Understand idempotency design and be able to implement it in actual projects (such as unique constraints, idempotency keys, distributed locks, etc.)
- Can correctly handle duplicate requests, timeouts, out-of-order callbacks, unreliable third-party interfaces, etc.
- Understand database transaction boundaries, knowing when to use transactions and when not to
- Proactively consider failure paths when writing code, not just success paths
- Keep complete logs and tracking information when issues occur to facilitate post-incident investigation

- AWS cloud service experience
- Experience with Redis caching or message queues (Kafka, etc.)
- Familiar with microservices architecture
