We are actively seeking a skilled Full-stack Software Engineer to contribute across our product development lifecycle. This hands-on role involves building new features, enhancing existing systems, and optimizing team efficiency. You will work across our robust technology stack, including PHP 8.2 / Laravel 10, Node.JS, Golang, and a React frontend (React 18 + TypeScript + Vite), alongside AWS infrastructure. Your contributions will directly impact production code, while also improving workflows, documentation, and processes. Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Developer with a proven project track record.
• Strong knowledge of PHP 8, Laravel 9+, MySQL, and React.js 18.2 (or other modern frontend frameworks).
• Strong knowledge of Golang, Gin, or other Golang frameworks.
• Proficiency with HTML/CSS/JS, RESTful APIs, and Git.
• Experience with Docker/Kubernetes and AWS (or similar cloud platforms).
• Solid database design and optimization skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication, and capacity for independent work.
• Experience with PHPUnit or similar testing frameworks.
• Good understanding of web application security.
• Fluency in English (written & spoken).
• Strong ownership mentality – ability to unblock yourself and drive work forward.
• A bias toward shipping and learning over waiting for perfect answers.
• Proven experience writing production code in Laravel and React.
• Comfort moving across the full stack rather than staying siloed.
• Proactive, collaborative, and clear communicator.
• Willingness to document work and improve processes.

Nice to have:

• WebRTC, FFMPEG, HLS, SRT, RTMP, DRM.
• Node.js/Express, GitHub Actions.
• NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis).
• Experience in a multi-service/microservices-style architecture.
• Familiarity with AWS services such as ECS/ECR, RDS, S3, CloudFront, Redis, Amazon MQ, and Lambda.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (especially CloudFormation-style templates and environment parameterization).
• Experience improving GitHub Actions workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with automated testing and quality tooling (Pest/PHPUnit, Vitest, Playwright, ESLint/Prettier, Pint, Psalm).

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain robust server-side applications using PHP 8, Laravel 10, Node.JS, Golang, and MySQL.
• Build and optimize APIs, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security.
• Implement engaging front-end features with React.js (18.2).
• Work with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and participate in code reviews.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers.
• Manage integrations between various systems and cloud services (AWS).
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, database schemas, and enforce security best practices.
