The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Software Developer to join our small, highly capable development team. You will work closely with our Software Solution Architect, enjoying significant autonomy to design, build, and optimize real-world features with immediate impact. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and wish to shape the application of AI to operational challenges, integrating AI automation into new and existing platform features.

What You’ll Bring

You are a seasoned developer with a strong command of both front-end and back-end technologies. You write clean, maintainable, and elegant code, understanding that simplicity is power.

• Core Skills: React, React JavaScript (class-based development), Redux, MySQL, PHP (Yii framework), Redis, HTML / DOM, CSS, MVC design pattern.
• Bonus Points: Docker, Kubernetes, IndexedDB, MUI Framework, MongoDB, Git, Linux, Apache.

AI & Collaboration

Proven experience in AI development, including workflow automation, intelligent data handling, or applied machine learning, is specifically required. You will collaborate closely with our Business Analyst to explore and refine interface and workflow options, creating seamless, intuitive user experiences.

Extra Credit

• Experience with accounting or business management platforms.
• Experience with project management or scheduling tools (Gantt, calendar-based).
• Experience with document management systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
