As a (Senior) Software Developer, you take responsibility for demanding software projects, spanning architecture, implementation, and optimizing existing modules. Bring your expertise in modern technologies to deliver stable, performant, and maintainable solutions, support teams, and continuously advance the technological standard.
Your Tasks
- Independent development of complex backend features in PHP, as well as modern frontend technologies like TypeScript, Vue.js, or GraphQL.
- Analysis, optimization, and refactoring of code to improve efficiency, maintainability, and scalability.
- Implementation and further development of automated tests (PHPUnit, Vitest, Cypress) and active participation in shaping the CI/CD pipeline.
- Taking technical responsibility in projects, including architecture decisions, code reviews, and technical mentoring.
- Close collaboration within the team, active participation in retrospectives, planning meetings, and technical solution strategies.
- Implementation of sustainable and practical solutions for complex technical challenges.
Your Profile
- Minimum 5–6 years of professional experience in web development, very good knowledge of PHP, JavaScript, and modern frontend technologies.
- Degree or training in MINT (STEM) field or comparable IT expertise.
- Experience with version management (Git), test automation, CI/CD, and best practices in software architecture.
- Analytical thinking, independent working style, and high level of personal responsibility.
- Ideally, initial experience in technical or professional leadership or mentoring.
- Fluent German skills (C1+) and good English skills.
