About the Position
Position Summary: We are looking for a Product Engineer who combines technical excellence with product vision. Someone who doesn't wait for "perfect tickets," but uses AI tools (LLMs, Copilot, Claude, Cursor, Lovable) to accelerate the transformation of business problems into functional software. You will be responsible for building end-to-end solutions, acting as a technical partner to the Product Owner to unblock the backlog and ensure fast deliveries with architectural quality.
Key Challenges:
- Acceleration with Quality: Use Generative AI tools to drastically increase coding speed (boilerplate, testing, refactoring), maintaining technical rigor and code security.
- Co-creation with Product: Work alongside the PO and Tech Lead in early stages, helping break down vague requirements into viable technical specifications.
- Rapid Prototyping: Create quick functional prototypes (MVPs) to validate business hypotheses before final development, reducing the feedback loop.
- End-to-End Autonomy: Take responsibility for feature delivery, from technical concept to deployment and monitoring.
Responsibilities:
- Translate business requirements (sometimes ambiguous) into scalable technical solutions.
- Write clean, testable, and efficient code, using AI as a "pair programming partner" to eliminate repetitive tasks.
- Perform rigorous Code Reviews (your own and the team's), ensuring AI-generated code does not introduce vulnerabilities or hallucinations.
- Document architectural decisions in an agile manner (also supported by AI) to facilitate future maintenance.
Requirements:
Mandatory Requirements (Hard Skills):
- Proven software development experience (minimum 2 years).
- Solid mastery of development stacks such as: JavaScript (Nest, Next, Nuxt), Python, PHP (Laravel), C# (.NET), Dart (Flutter).
- Advanced understanding of data structures and databases, with competence in building complex queries and performing data analysis.
- Fluency in AI-Coding tools: Daily hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot, Cursor.ai, ChatGPT/Claude for development. Ability to structure prompts to create complex architectures.
- Ability to identify security and logic flaws in AI-suggested code.
