About the Role
Position Summary
We are seeking a Product Engineer who combines technical excellence with a product vision. Someone who does not wait for "perfect tickets," but uses AI tools (LLMs, Copilot, Claude, Cursor, Lovable) to accelerate the transformation of business problems into functional software. You will be responsible for building end-to-end solutions, serving as a technical partner to the Product Owner to unblock the backlog and ensure fast delivery with architectural quality.
Your Main Challenges
- Acceleration with Quality: Use Generative AI tools to dramatically increase coding speed (boilerplate, testing, refactoring) while maintaining technical rigor and code security.
- Co-creation with Product: Work alongside the PO and Tech Lead in early stages, helping to break down vague requirements into viable technical specifications.
- Rapid Prototyping: Create quick functional prototypes (MVPs) to validate business hypotheses before final development, reducing the feedback cycle.
- End-to-End Autonomy: Take ownership of feature delivery, from technical conception to deployment and monitoring.
Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements (sometimes ambiguous) into scalable technical solutions.
- Write clean, testable, and efficient code, using AI as a "pair programming partner" to eliminate repetitive tasks.
- Perform rigorous Code Reviews (both your own and the team's), ensuring that AI-generated code does not introduce vulnerabilities or hallucinations.
- Document architecture decisions in an agile manner (also supported by AI) to facilitate future maintenance.
Requirements
Mandatory Requirements (Hard Skills)
- Proven experience in software development (minimum of 2 years).
- Solid mastery in development stacks such as: Javascript (Nest, Next, Nuxt), Python, PHP (Laravel), C# (.NET), Dart (Flutter).
- Advanced understanding of data structures and databases, with competence in creating complex queries and performing data analysis.
- Fluency in AI-Coding tools: Practical, daily experience with GitHub Copilot, Cursor.ai, ChatGPT/Claude for development. Ability to structure prompts to create complex architectures.
- Ability to identify security and logic flaws in code suggested by AI.
