Senior Software Developer - Laravel & Firebase

This position is ideal for a talented software developer experienced in developing and deploying powerful applications using Firebase and Laravel. You will design, build, and maintain applications that power innovative marketing solutions for tens of thousands of small businesses.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy robust software applications and microservices using modern development frameworks and best practices.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and fellow developers to translate business needs into scalable, reliable solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code, contributing to code reviews and mentoring team members.
• Improve system performance, enhance security, and optimize user experience across platforms.
• Lead or support the implementation of cloud-based infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools.

Remote Requirements

• Permanent residency required in: FL, GA, NC, SC, NJ, PA, DE, KY, IN, MI, TN, MO, MN, TX, OK, CO, NM, AZ, or NV.
• 40-hour standard weekly schedule (9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. EST or PST shift options available) on weekdays, with paid time-off and holidays. No night or weekend shifts.
• A dedicated, distraction-free workspace with high-speed internet service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in full-stack software development in a professional setting.
• Proven proficiency and recent experience with Laravel and Firebase applications required.
• Experience preferred in PHP, .NET Core, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, RESTful API design, and AWS or comparable cloud services.
