Key Responsibilities:
- Design, plan, and implement complex systems and core components.
- Drive technical decisions and architectural standards across the team and organization.

Required Skills & Experience:
Ideally, you bring:
- Completed degree in (Business) Informatics, Web Development, or a comparable qualification, such as a completed vocational training (FIAE, FISI).
- Minimum 5+ years of professional experience, including at least 2-3 years in a role with architectural co-responsibility and proven experience in complex projects, plus several years of experience in mentoring and technical leadership.
- Excellent proficiency in PHP (Backend) and JavaScript/HTML/CSS (Frontend).
- Experience with WordPress is required; knowledge of Symfony is considered an additional advantage.
- Expertise in Software Architectures (Microservices, Monoliths, etc.), Domain-Driven Design (DDD), security, and SEO knowledge for page optimization.
- Extensive experience with infrastructure and Cloud Services, along with knowledge of CI/CD standards and quality assurance processes.
- Strong communication and analytical skills, coupled with an independent working style.
- Ability to take on technical leadership, mentoring, and team development.
- High motivation for continuous self-development and learning new topics.
- Native level German language skills (min. C2) and very good English skills (C1 level).
