Important for you to know: We work closely together, make fast decisions, and rely on short communication channels. The position is generally possible from a home office. At the same time, we are very happy if you – depending on your distance – stop by our office in Salzkotten once a quarter to promote personal exchange within the team.

Your Tasks

• Fullstack development in Shopware 6: You implement modern frontends and develop the appropriate plugins and logic in the background - from conception to implementation.
• Implementation of UX, design & test specifications: You work closely with external agencies that develop A/B tests, UX concepts, and design standards. Your task is to implement these specifications technically, making them visible, functional, and high-performing in the frontend.
• Plugin & feature development: You program new functions and processes – clean, stable, and scalable.
• Performance optimization & debugging: You ensure fast loading times, analyze errors sustainably, and fix them reliably.
• Tracking & analytics: You have an understanding of tracking setups (e.g., etracker), consent management, and the technical implementation of analysis tools.
• Close cooperation with our marketing team: Our shop is a central growth driver – you implement features that arise directly from campaigns, assortment ideas, or customer journey analyses.
• Quality assurance: You are responsible for the technical further development and stability of our shop system.
• Modern technologies: Frontend: HTML, CSS/SCSS, JavaScript, Vue.js, Twig; Backend/Shopware: PHP, Symfony, Plugin-Development

Your Profile

• Several years of professional experience in Shopware 6 development – both in frontend and plugin/backend development.
• Very good knowledge of HTML, CSS/SCSS, JavaScript, Vue.js, and Twig.
• Good PHP and Symfony skills for Shopware plugins and backend features.
• Experience with Git and modern build tools (e.g., Webpack/Vite) and common CI/CD processes.
• UX understanding and the ambition to create better user experiences.
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working.
