Job Description
The Sponsored Content & Products team is a central growth driver. Our mission is to build highly scalable self-service marketplaces for Cost-per-Click (CPC) bidding. This enables brands to efficiently increase their visibility in real-time directly at the digital point of sale.
Although we operate within an existing ecosystem, our evolution toward specialized product teams offers an autonomous, greenfield-like environment. Your QA automation blueprints and test frameworks will directly secure application stability, increase developer velocity, and enable us to safely multiply our retail media revenues.
- Develop test tools, configurations, and mock layers that enable developers to write and maintain their own reliable tests
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable automated test suites (E2E, integration, UI) to catch regressions before they reach production
- Apply exploratory manual testing to new features and use these insights to iteratively expand our automated test suites
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to refine acceptance criteria, reproduce complex bugs, and manage the bug lifecycle
Qualifications
- University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience in the tech industry
- 5+ years of professional experience in software quality assurance
- Solid experience in writing and maintaining automated UI test suites with modern frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, or similar tools
- Confident handling of testing RESTful endpoints and managing network-level mocking patterns with tools like MSW, Postman, or native framework stubs
- Proficient with modern web stacks (JavaScript/TypeScript and React ecosystems) as well as server-side API environments like PHP/Laravel
- Fluent English skills in word and writing for clear technical documentation and team communication
- A collaborative mindset focused on building a test infrastructure that makes it easy for the entire team to deliver quality
- Ability to balance attention to detail and development speed, knowing when absolute strictness is required for critical processes and when smaller features can be released quickly
- Self-motivation to proactively identify gaps in test coverage without constant supervision
- Ability to communicate technical bugs, edge cases, and quality trade-offs clearly, constructively, and objectively to developers and product owners
Nice To Have
- Experience using Storybook components to build visual regression or snapshot testing routines
- Prior experience in e-commerce, retail-tech, or ad-tech dealing with analytics reporting platforms or advertiser workflows
