Senior QA Engineer
Overview
We’re looking for a Software QA Engineer who not only tests features but truly understands the product. You’ll ensure a seamless, reliable user experience by combining technical expertise in API and automation testing with a holistic, product-driven approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute testing for multiple projects, including WebApps, APIs, and back-end data processing.
- Design and run manual and automated tests across REST and GraphQL interfaces.
- Use Postman and automation tools to validate integrations and workflows.
- Perform functional, regression, and performance testing.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to anticipate user scenarios and maintain quality.
- Track, report, and verify issues in Jira
- Contribute to process improvements and advocate for quality across teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 4+ years of QA experience, including testing APIs and automated test development.
- Familiarity with programming or scripting languages (e.g., PHP or JavaScript) for scripting tests.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum, SDLC, and version control (Git).
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and curiosity about how things work.
