The Senior Professional Services Engineer Role

As a Senior Professional Services Engineer, you will serve as a crucial link between our innovative solutions and our customers' unique needs. You will tackle complex technical challenges, translating ambiguous business requirements into elegant, scalable solutions that enable client growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end technical engagements, from initial discovery through design, implementation, and successful launch, ensuring precise and creative solutions for each client.
  • Design and develop custom integrations, seamlessly connecting our platforms with diverse client ecosystems using expertise in web architectures and API interactions.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable plans for both technical and non-technical stakeholders, bridging communication gaps with clarity and empathy.
  • Architect robust solutions that balance customer satisfaction with strategic risk management, demonstrating a deep understanding of system design, data flows, and non-functional requirements.
  • Collaborate with global teams to deliver time-boxed, fixed-scope projects that exceed client expectations and exemplify technical excellence.
  • Proactively identify potential challenges, develop mitigation strategies, and maintain high quality through rigorous testing, documentation, and production readiness practices.
  • Support pre-sales efforts by offering technical insights, scoping recommendations, and showcasing the transformative potential of our platforms.
  • Continuously learn and adapt, staying current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation in our professional services approach.

Experience You Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in customer-facing engineering roles, such as Professional Services, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Consulting.
  • Proven expertise in one or more backend languages (Node.js, Java, C#, Python, PHP) with hands-on production experience.
  • Strong proficiency in web architecture integration and REST/JSON API interactions, including advanced authentication and performance optimization techniques.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate fluently and professionally in English, both written and spoken, with a talent for simplifying complex technical concepts.
  • Track record of successful project deliveries showcasing end-to-end technical problem-solving and a customer-centric approach.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and modern CI/CD pipeline practices.
  • Comfort working across global time zones and in dynamic, collaborative team environments.
  • Optional: Background in health, wellness, fitness, or SaaS platforms, with potential exposure to CMS technologies.
