NoahFace is seeking a Senior Product Architect for the NoahFace platform, reporting directly to the Chief Technology Officer. This is a critical role that will suit a highly experienced architect or engineer who can work independently and values the flexibility of a a 100% remote environment.
Duties
- Maintain oversight of the feature and issue backlog for the NoahFace platform.
- Act as the bridge between our Technical Services team (managing customer implementations and support) and Engineering. This includes meeting regularly with this team to offer advice, to gather roadmap input, and to educate them on new product features.
- Design new features for the NoahFace platform that impact all layers of the product architecture (e.g., data storage, Web Dashboard, HR platform integrations, internal REST APIs, and mobile Apps).
- Drive our Engineering team to implement new features and fix issues.
- Test new releases of our platform prior to production release.
- Update documentation and tech notes to reflect new features.
Location

Remuneration
You will be compensated with a package commensurate with your experience and the demands of this role.
Essential Qualifications
- Demonstrated 10+ year career in product engineering.
- Excellent command of a wide range of technologies, including SQL, PostMan, REST APIs, and JSON.
- Excellent understanding of user interface design.
- Willingness and ability to be hands-on in technical support, low-level design, testing, and documentation.
- Advocate for the use of AI technology to automate and accelerate work.
- Ability to work independently.
- Intelligent, motivated, professional, and resourceful.
- Proficient with IT business interaction tools.
Highly Desirable Skills
Knowledge of and experience with any of the following would be highly beneficial:
- Time and Attendance systems.
- HR and Payroll platforms, such as: Workday, UKG, Dayforce, and SAP SuccessFactors.
- PHP and Laravel.
Desirable Skills
Knowledge of and experience with any of the following would be beneficial:
- MacOS, Xcode, and iOS/iPadOS.
- ObjectiveC and ReactNative.
