We are seeking a Senior Developer to join our team of over 80 professionals. In this remote role, you will develop scalable and resilient solutions using PHP and Vue.js, with opportunities to expand your expertise in Golang. Our technology team is crucial for realizing the needs and desires of our clients and market partners.
This is a full-time, 40-hour per week opportunity under the CLT regime. Come be a Blinger!
Responsibilities
- Design and build evolutionary and resilient Backend and Frontend solutions.
- Monitor and manage technical debt for solutions.
- Actively participate in strategic discussions with product and business teams.
- Control platform obsolescence levels.
- Mentor team members through practices like pair programming and code reviews.
- Drive continuous evolution of technology and solutions.
- Foster a culture of code review, DevOps, and secure development.
- Participate in all phases of high-criticality system design, analyzing requirements and proposing new interfaces and technical solutions.
- Ensure code quality and observability of business and systemic metrics.
- Establish unit and automated testing routines for both Backend and Frontend.
- Provide L3 technical support.
Requirements and Qualifications
What you need to have:
- Extensive experience in web software development with PHP.
- Proficiency in Vue.js for building modern and reactive interfaces.
- Experience with unit and integrated tests.
- Experience with highly complex and scalable systems.
- Mastery of code versioning via Gitlab/Github.
- Experience with best practices: SOLID, Clean Code, Design Patterns.
- Experience in relational and non-relational databases (MySQL, DynamoDB, DocumentDB).
- Solid knowledge of HTML5, Javascript (ES6+), and CSS3 (Sass/Less).
- Experience in event-driven architecture and messaging (Kafka, AMQ, SQS, SNS).
- Experience with monitoring and observability (APM, logs, metrics, tracing).
- Technical English proficiency.
Desirable Skills & Differentiators:
- Knowledge of the Vue ecosystem (Vuex, Pinia, Vue Router).
- Experience with key-value databases, such as Redis.
- Experience in environments utilizing the ClickHouse database.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies (Kanban, Scrum).
- Previous experience collaborating with data/analytics teams.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Terraform.
- Experience with Cloud solutions (AWS).
- Experience in microservices architecture.
