We are seeking a talented developer with expertise in PHP Symfony Backend development to join our team at the Attorney General's Office (AGU) in Brasília - DF. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining efficient, scalable web applications using specified technologies. This role requires collaboration with team members to deliver high-quality solutions.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in Information Technology, or a specialization, master's, or doctorate in Information Technology.
  • Backend: PHP 8+ (Symfony 7+) and/or Python 3+
  • Frontend: TypeScript and Angular 17+, with RxJS, NgRx, and Signals
  • Architecture: Microservices, Cloud (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and On-premise
  • Messaging: RabbitMQ/Kafka
  • Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB
  • Search: OpenSearch
  • Cache: Redis, Memcached
  • Observability: Datadog, Elastic Stack (ELK)
  • Best Practices: SOLID, Clean Code, Design Patterns, and private package maintenance

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience developing solutions using LLMs (GPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.)
  • Knowledge of vector databases and RAG
  • Experience in Staff, Principal Engineer, or Tech Lead roles
  • Experience with Go, Kotlin, or Python
  • Infrastructure automation and CI/CD
  • Experience with BFF and API Gateway

Activities

  • Work hands-on on complex functionalities, elevating the team's technical level.
  • Collaborate with lawyers and business areas to translate needs into effective solutions.
  • Propose and implement innovative technologies, especially in AI.
  • Disseminate best practices.

Environment

The Attorney General's Office (AGU) is a federal public administration body responsible for judicially and extrajudicially representing the Union, its autarchies, and foundations, providing legal consulting and advice. The AGU also acts in the defense of fundamental rights and in the control of the legality of governmental actions, contributing to the legal certainty of administrative acts. Additionally, the AGU is responsible for the coordination and supervision of the Attorney's Office.
