Full Stack Developer (PHP, Laravel, React, Next.js)

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with proven experience in PHP/Laravel backend development and React/Next.js frontend technologies to work within the Government department.

Required Experience & Education:

• 5 years of proven experience.
• Higher education degree in Information Technology, OR any higher education degree accompanied by a postgraduate certificate (specialization, master's, or doctorate) in Information Technology of at least 360 hours.

Backend Skills (PHP / Laravel):

• Advanced PHP and Laravel (Eloquent, routing, middleware).
• Development of RESTful APIs (authentication, versioning, security).
• Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis.
• Testing with PHPUnit.
• Performance optimization: query optimization and caching.
• Deployment: Docker, CI/CD, production environments.

Frontend Skills (React / Next.js):

• React and Next.js (SSR, SSG, hooks, routing).
• JavaScript/TypeScript.
• CSS/SASS and Tailwind CSS.
• API consumption (Axios, Fetch).
• State management with Redux or Context API.
• Frontend testing with Jest, React Testing Library.

Full Stack Capabilities:

• Frontend/backend integration (authentication, APIs).
• Version control (Git).
• Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• CI/CD and DevOps (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Docker).

Contract Details:

• Weekly Workload: 44 Hours.
• Contract Regime: CLT or PJ.
