This role requires autonomy, critical thinking, and leadership potential, even if you haven’t formally acted as a Tech Lead before.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement complex features in PHP applications with high autonomy
- Actively participate in technical decision-making, architecture discussions, and trade-off analysis
- Identify, analyze, and solve complex technical challenges, ensuring scalability and reliability
- Perform code reviews and mentor other developers, contributing to team growth
- Define and promote best practices, coding standards, and development processes
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
Qualifications:
- Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
- Strong experience (8+ years) in PHP development
- Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and secure coding practices
- Proven ability to work autonomously and take ownership of technical decisions
- Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.) and version control systems
- Advanced English for communication (spoken and written)
Nice to have:
- Previous experience mentoring developers or acting as a technical reference
- Knowledge in AI Engineering
