Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and supporting the team of developers.
  • Managing and developing integrations for sales and accounting platforms.
  • Designing and implementing new functionalities (Symfony + REST).
  • Performing product maintenance tasks.
  • Conducting performance analysis of implemented solutions.
  • Code review and ensuring high code quality standards.
  • Creating technical documentation.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a PHP programmer in commercial projects.
  • Experience leading a team (Leader/Tech Lead).
  • Strong knowledge of the Symfony framework.
  • Experience working on e-commerce projects.
  • Knowledge of Web Services (REST API / JSON, SOAP).
  • Strong knowledge of design and architectural patterns.
  • Developed interpersonal skills: mentoring, collaboration, and inter-team communication.
