You will contribute to the evolution of a B2B SaaS platform in the hospitality and events sector, which is undergoing a modernization process. This involves migrating from a legacy C# system (version 1.0) to a new PHP architecture (version 2.0) with active clients. The platform is growing but faces significant technical challenges. Your role is crucial for stabilization, structuring, and scaling the product.
Your Impact
You will be a key contributor, not just another developer. Here, you will:
- Technically lead platform evolution (hands-on).
- Directly stabilize the production environment.
- Elevate the level of code and architecture quality.
- Structure engineering processes that are still non-existent.
- Serve as a strategic technical counterpoint for the current team.
Key Responsibilities
Platform Stabilization
- Map critical flows and identify failure points.
- Act in correcting structural bugs.
- Reduce production incidents.
Architecture and Technical Quality
- Evaluate current architecture and propose improvements.
- Support long-term technical decisions.
Engineering Processes
- Implement structured code review.
- Define development standards.
- Improve deployment processes.
- Introduce automated tests and QA practices.
Migration to SaaS 2.0
- Ensure functional parity between versions.
- Monitor client migration.
- Prevent regressions.
Product Evolution
After stabilization, support initiatives such as:
- Marketplace development.
- CRM structuring.
- Integrations with corporate systems (Oracle, Totvs).
What We Are Looking For
Solid Experience in:
- 8+ years with software development.
- SaaS B2B environments.
- Legacy systems and refactoring.
- Architecture migration and platform evolution.
- Acting in scenarios with critical bugs in production.
Stack and Knowledge:
- PHP (primary).
- C# (relevant differential).
- REST APIs.
- AWS and scalable environments.
We seek someone who:
- Has a critical vision and questions technical decisions.
- Is pragmatic and solution-oriented.
- Has experience with "imperfect systems" and knows how to evolve them.

Your Initial Focus Will Be:
