Fresh off our merger into the QLS Group, J&J Global is now part of the largest independent e-commerce fulfilment provider in Europe. We are scaling fast, and we’re looking for tech talent in the Netherlands to help us build the future of logistics.
We are looking for Senior and Mid-Level Developers to join a newly formed team focused on evolving our proprietary platform. If you want to own your work and solve complex problems—from intelligent inventory to seamless global returns—this is your next challenge.
What you’ll be doing…
- Developing and scaling the backend services and APIs that drive our order processing, inventory, and warehouse workflows.
- Building sleek, responsive UI’s that help our internal operations teams and external partners move faster and smarter.
- Writing clean, testable code and participating in deep-dive reviews to ensure our systems remain scalable and reliable.
- Identifying bottlenecks, refactoring legacy components, and staying ahead of the curve with new technologies to keep our platform world-class.
Who we’re looking for…
- Previous software development experience, ideally with prior experience in high growth organisations.
- Highly proficient in PHP, with expertise in a leading framework such as Laravel or Symfony.
- Experienced with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and writing sufficient SQL queries.
- Experience working with version control systems (e.g., Git) and modern CI/CD workflows.
- Strong working knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and modern UI development principles.
- Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, AI code review tools) to enhance productivity, code quality, and documentation.
- Excellent communicator with great interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Fluent in English and Dutch.
- A problem solver with an analytical mind.
