We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Linux Systems Administrator with proven experience in Windows systems. In this role, you will be crucial in maintaining client systems and managing cloud infrastructure, primarily focusing on VMware and AWS environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate effectively with the team during daily meetings.
  • Provide essential support during the go-live phase for new environments, assisting both clients and users.
  • Create and support new client environments through various project phases.
  • Manage daily operations for client infrastructures in the cloud.
  • Conduct proactive and reactive monitoring to address incidents promptly.
  • Collaborate with various infrastructure-as-a-service providers.
  • Mentor junior team members, fostering their professional growth.
  • Autonomously lead meetings with national and international clients.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Demonstrated knowledge of public cloud platforms.
  • Strong experience working collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency with web environment stack components: MySQL, Apache/Nginx, CDN, and load balancers (HAProxy). Technical verification will be part of the interview process.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Experience working in a multi-client environment.
  • Familiarity and hands-on experience with ANSIBLE.
  • Proven experience managing a production website with significant traffic.
  • Expertise in Windows environments (GPO, AD, RDP).
  • Networking knowledge, including IPsec and VPN.
  • Availability for on-call duty 1 week per month (24x7).

Valued Qualifications:

  • Experience with high availability web environments.
  • Proficiency in high availability environments generally.
  • Knowledge of Magento.
  • Experience with Prestashop.
  • Advanced knowledge of public cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), Virtualization, Docker-Kubernetes, Varnish, Elasticsearch, Redis.
  • Professional level English.
  • Strong understanding of networking principles.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
