About the Opportunity
We are looking for a Java Developer to work on the development and evolution of our systems, contributing to continuous improvements, definition of architectural solutions, and technical product quality. The position involves working closely with the technology team and other areas of the company, participating from requirements gathering to the implementation of new features and platform improvements.
Responsibilities and Duties

- Perform system maintenance and evolution, implementing improvements and new features.
- Participate in gathering and understanding requirements for the development of new features.
- Evaluate, discuss, and propose architectural solutions, ensuring technical consistency and product evolution.
- Perform code reviews and cross-tests, contributing to code quality.
- Act on bug fixes and ticket resolution, supporting customers and internal areas when necessary.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
- Monitor the environment and propose proactive actions to ensure product health.
- Interact with other teams to ensure integrations between systems and products.
- Share knowledge and best practices with the development team.
- Support technical decisions in conjunction with leadership and the product team.
Requirements and Qualifications
Requirements
- Experience with Java.
- Development of REST APIs.
- Experience with unit testing.
- Knowledge of SOLID and Clean Code.
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle).
- Experience with Git.
- Knowledge of Linux.
- Experience with CI/CD.
- Experience with Docker.
- Knowledge of messaging and event-driven architecture.
- Experience with Cloud architecture (AWS).
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum).
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Instana, Sonar, or Datadog.
- Good communication and team collaboration.
- Analytical profile oriented toward problem-solving.
- Proactivity and a sense of responsibility for product quality.
