Your Activities

Assignments

• Act in complex activities in the BP infrastructure;
• Have responsibility in decision-making;
• Contribute to the training of other analysts;
• Have the ability to do while teaching;
• Contribute to the definition of monitoring criteria for prevention, treatment, and identification of the root cause of incidents;
• Monitor the performance of technological resources, identifying and proposing improvements, alternatives, or new solutions;
• Contribute to the development of projects and products;
• Management of configurations, changes, and monitoring of action plans;
• Configure new environments and integrate with partner products;
• Serve internal teams, audits, and suppliers;
• Supervise and guide other team members and/or other teams that need information.

What You Will Find

Work Schedule:

• CLT;
• 8h daily;
• Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00, Saturday from 08:00 to 12:00.

Flexibility for one day of home office can be evaluated

Salary:

We can evaluate profiles with salary expectations up to R$ 11,000.00
In addition to the salary, the position has variable remuneration according to the achievement of area indicators. In the first 3 months, the value is up to R$ 500.00. After this period, it becomes up to R$ 1,000.00.

Job Requirements

Requirements and Qualifications

Completed or ongoing degree in Technology-related areas.

Hard Skills:

• Microsoft Windows Server and services;
• GNU/Linux and services (Apache httpd, nginx, samba, haproxy, and iptables/firewalld);
• Networking and Routing - switches, VLAN, VRF, APs, and routers;
• Virtualization with VMware and VMware vSAN;
• Storages and SAN networks;
• Monitoring tools (SNMP, Zabbix, Grafana);
• Administration of backup, recovery, and testing routines (NetBackup, Veeam);
• Knowledge of programming languages for task automation (php/python/bash);
• Office 365 and Azure;
• Administer and monitor Kubernetes clusters (on-premises and in the cloud);
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines integrated with containers;
• Create, configure, and maintain manifests, deployments, services, ingress, and namespaces;
• Automate provisioning routines with tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Helm;
• Perform troubleshooting of applications and infrastructure in containers and pods;
• Manage logs, metrics, and alerts with tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Loki, or Datadog;
• Ensure security, compliance, and access control (RBAC) in the Kubernetes environment;
• Collaborate with development and security teams to improve the performance and reliability of services;
• Participate in migration and modernization projects of applications to containerized environments.

Certifications:

• LPIC-3 or RHCA;
• VCP/VCAP;
• Microsoft;
• VMware.
