Senior Fullstack Tech Lead (Innovation & AI)

We are seeking an innovative individual ready to take a leading role within our organization. You will serve as a Technical Lead in the Builder Core, a strategic and continuously evolving innovation cell dedicated to one of our key clients. This lean, dynamic team focuses on rapid innovation, Proofs of Concept (POCs), and accelerated validation of new products, ensuring agile development and evolution.

Operating without the constraints or bureaucracy of traditional agile frameworks (no fixed PM/QA routines), the primary objective is to launch solutions and products in record time. Once a solution validates its value proposition and scales, it transitions to larger support and evolution squads. This environment is ideal for "0 to 1" leaders who are autonomous and driven to deliver technology with speed.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on Technical Leadership: Act as a direct technical reference and support for the senior developer team, guiding best practices, lightweight architecture, and code quality daily, while actively contributing to coding efforts.
• Stakeholder and Business Liaison: Directly bridge with stakeholders, management, and leadership to understand business needs and translate them into quickly executable technical solutions.
• Development and Prototyping: Develop and support the construction of end-to-end applications, covering both Front-end (React/TypeScript) and Back-end (Node.js/Python).
• AI Acceleration: Champion and intensively apply generative Artificial Intelligence tools (preferably Claude) in the team's daily workflow to significantly boost productivity and unblock technical bottlenecks.
• Ensuring Speed and Delivery: Guarantee that POCs and products are launched with extreme speed, while maintaining high levels of quality and technical viability for future handover to other squads.

Requirements and Qualifications

Main Stack Proficiency

• Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, and React.
• Strong command of Node.js, Python, and PHP (Back-end).

Infrastructure and Data Expertise

• Practical experience with AWS, Docker, and CI/CD.
• Experience with modern databases (e.g., Neon, PostgreSQL).

AI Superpower (AI-First Leadership)

• Fluent and advanced use of AI tools (such as Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) to optimize coding, accelerate architectural decisions, and enhance team productivity.

Leadership Experience

• Solid experience as a Technical Lead (Tech Lead) or Principal/Staff Developer in fast-paced environments, startups, or innovation cells/digital labs.

Desirable

• Experience in EdTech ecosystems or with products that consume/embed Artificial Intelligence models directly into the application.
• Experience with technical mentoring and developer training in dynamic environments.
