Senior Fullstack Engineer with AI Focus | React, Node.js and Python

We are seeking a proactive individual to lead innovation within our client's Education sector Innovation Hub. This lean, strategic team focuses on rapid innovation, impactful prototyping (POCs), and validating new projects. Our environment prioritizes quick solution deployment and real value generation, free from traditional agile framework bureaucracy (no fixed PM or QA).

We are looking for a senior professional with a strong initial Front-end technical background, possessing full autonomy to navigate the entire technology ecosystem. Beyond a passive executor, we need an analytical and proactive thinker who can quickly translate business challenges into real-time software solutions.

A key differentiator for this role is deep mastery and intensive daily use of Artificial Intelligence (preferably Claude). The team actively leverages Claude as a central productivity tool and develops projects with AI at their core.

Responsibilities and Attributions

• Develop end-to-end Fullstack solutions.
• Build and evolve applications using React, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Work on the Back-end with Node.js and Python.
• Participate in the creation of innovative POCs and products.
• Transform business problems and needs into software solutions.
• Make technical decisions autonomously.
• Integrate applications, services, and databases.
• Work with AWS, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Intensively use Artificial Intelligence in the development process.
• Quickly evaluate different approaches and technologies to solve challenges.
• Work in a fast-paced development environment, focused on delivery and value generation.

• Experience developing products or POCs quickly.
• Knowledge of solutions that use Artificial Intelligence.

• Ability to quickly learn new technologies.
• Generalist profile, capable of transitioning between Front-end, Back-end, Cloud, and AI.
