Senior Fullstack Engineer (Innovation Hub & AI)

The Innovation Hub of one of our clients in the Education sector is expanding and seeks someone with strong technical leadership to join the team. This is a lean, strategic cell focused on rapid deliveries, impactful prototyping (POCs), and new product validation. Here, there is no bureaucracy of traditional agile frameworks (no fixed PM or QA); the focus is on deploying robust solutions quickly to generate real value.

Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Senior Developer with a strong technical foundation (primary focus on Front-end: React/Next.js), but with full autonomy to transition from UI components to Lambda and the pipeline, without reliance on handoffs between specialists. You will be able to solve the back-end of your own feature end-to-end.

We are looking for someone communicative, analytical, and proactive: you will interact directly with product and business teams, question requirements, and propose solutions.

What most differentiates this position is not just the tech stack, but the intensive and mature use of AI as an engineering tool.

• Automate workflow with AI assistants and agents (fluent and daily use of Claude/Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) for tasks like PR opening and description, automated pre-review, test generation, and standardization.
• Configure agent context in a repository (rule files, project prompts, custom scripts).
• Possess critical discernment: leverage AI for accelerated delivery while understanding and defending every line of production code.

Technical Requirements

• Front-end (Primary Focus): React, Next.js, TypeScript, advanced modern JavaScript, Microfrontend architecture, Design Systems (building and consuming), REST and GraphQL API integration.
• Back-end: Node.js for APIs and BFF layer; Python for automations and integrations (desirable).
• Cloud and Infrastructure (AWS Serverless): Advanced experience with Lambda, API Gateway, S3, SQS, Step Functions, DynamoDB, Secrets Manager, CloudWatch; Docker and CI/CD.
• Engineering and Quality: Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, TDD and unit testing, GitFlow, and rigorous code review.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience in innovation environments, rapid prototyping, and close collaboration with business areas.
• Experience with PHP is a plus.
• Proven ability to rapidly develop products or Proofs of Concept (POCs).
• Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions.
• Experience collaborating closely with business areas and stakeholders.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Generalist profile, capable of transitioning across Front-end, Back-end, Cloud, and AI domains.
