We are looking for a new person to join our Technology team as a Senior Fullstack Developer!

Responsibilities and Duties
How we work in the technology team
In the Vender+ tribe, the CRM team develops tools that help restaurants build relationships with the end consumer: segmentation, history, loyalty, and direct communication. The focus is on our customer's customer, and impact is measured by purchase recurrence and consumer engagement.
- Build and evolve a product that operates daily in thousands of restaurants across Brazil.
- Treat software quality as a daily practice: testing, monitoring, and troubleshooting are part of the job.
- Actively participate in technical and architectural decisions with real autonomy to propose, discuss, and decide.
- Have ownership of delivery through to production, monitoring deploys and system behavior after it is live.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and other technology teams in short cycles.
- Work in an environment of scale and continuous change where decisions must consider volume, reliability, and critical operations.
What will be part of your daily routine
- Develop and evolve segmentation and consumer history features.
- Create and improve loyalty programs such as cashback and coupons.
- Integrate digital communication channels for restaurant marketing actions.
- Build and enrich consumer profiles for personalization of offers and communications.
- Analyze purchase behavior data to inform new features.
Requirements and Qualifications
What we expect from you
- Backend: PHP with Symfony, GraphQL, and Node.js, with PostgreSQL as the main relational database and Redis in parts of the stack.
- Frontend: Angular and React.
- Cloud: AWS, with heavy use of SQS, Lambda, ECS, S3, and DynamoDB.
- Containers: Docker.
- Version control: Git.
- 7+ years of experience in software development.
- Experience developing CRM, loyalty, or digital marketing features in production.
- Experience integrating digital communication channels at scale.
- Experience working with consumer-facing products.
- Ability to read behavior data and translate it into product decisions.
What will make you stand out
- Loyalty programs: cashback or coupons.
- Integration with the official WhatsApp Business API (Cloud API, COEX), email marketing, or push notifications.
- Consumer base segmentation.
- Retention and purchase recurrence metrics.
