About the Team
The Technical Account Management (TAM) team delivers custom solutions, specialized functionality, and system integrations for our largest enterprise clients, including international leaders like Prologis, P3, CTP, and AmRest.
A significant portion of our work involves data imports/exports and integrations with external systems such as ERP, HR, finance, and SSO. In these areas, security, data correctness, and database performance are paramount. Customizations must seamlessly integrate into a shared, multi-tenant product, emphasizing design quality alongside delivery speed.

What You’ll Bring
Must-have
- 5+ years of commercial PHP backend development (7.4+/8)
- Expertise in PostgreSQL: query optimization, indexing, execution plans, and migrations on large datasets
- Proven experience designing and maintaining REST APIs
- Hands-on experience with data import pipelines and external system integrations (files, APIs, queues), including idempotency, validation, error handling, and reprocessing
- Working knowledge of React: ability to deliver features end-to-end, not just read code
- Strong focus on security (secure coding, access control, data protection) and performance for high-volume operations
- Full ownership of delivered solutions, from technical design to production and support
- Experience mentoring other developers and conducting meaningful code reviews
- Active use of AI tools (Claude, Cursor, Copilot, ChatGPT) in daily work
- Communicative English (B2+) for technical specifications, tickets, documentation, and occasional calls with client technical teams
- Fluent Polish for internal team communication
Nice to Have
- Phalcon framework experience
- PostgreSQL tuning (partitioning, vacuum, planner) and performance troubleshooting in production environments
- Experience with ERP / enterprise integrations (SAP, Dynamics, PeopleSoft) and SSO (SAML / OIDC)
- Proficiency with Docker, AWS, CI/CD
- Background in customization-heavy or multi-tenant B2B SaaS
- Experience improving test automation and local development environments
What You’ll Do
- Design and implement integrations and custom functionality for enterprise clients
- Build secure, high-performance backend services in PHP and extend React frontends as needed for features
- Design and optimize data import/export processes with a focus on security, data integrity, and performance
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in application and database layers
- Participate in technical breakdown and estimation processes before development begins; co-own API contracts
- Review code and mentor mid-level developers; serve as a go-to expert for backend and database topics
- Collaborate with the Tech Lead, QA, and other SINGU teams (Platform, Core)
