Senior Fullstack Developer - 26489

We are looking for a Fullstack Developer with solid experience in front-end and back-end to work at a growing fintech specializing in payment solutions and digital services.

The professional will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and evolving systems, ensuring high technical quality, security, scalability, and an excellent user experience for internal and external clients. Additionally, they will play an important role in supporting the team and may act as a technical reference (Tech Lead) on certain projects.

Responsabilidades:

• Develop applications using TypeScript, Node.js, React.js, React Native, PHP and other related technologies.
• Ensure minimum code quality through automated tests and code reviews, avoiding rework and production issues.
• Participate in alignment meetings with POs, QAs and developers, ensuring clarity on requirements, integrations, and technical impacts.
• Analyze demands, define technical solutions, organize development schedules and support activity prioritization.
• Perform deploys in production environments, including configurations, versioning, server publishing and acceptance validations.
• Maintain and evolve existing systems, applying fixes, library updates and new features.
• Act as a mentor/tech lead, supporting less experienced developers and promoting good engineering practices.
• Provide technical support to internal and external clients regarding developed systems.
• Contribute to the evolution of internal processes, proposing continuous improvements in architecture, code quality and agile practices.

Requisitos:

• Solid experience in fintechs, digital banks or payment institutions.
• Experience as a Fullstack Developer.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, React.js, React Native and PHP.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and at least one front-end framework (React, Angular or Vue.js).
• Back-end experience with Node.js (or other languages such as Python, Java, C#).
• Solid knowledge of relational (SQL) and/or non-relational (NoSQL) databases.
• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Completed degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related fields.

Diferenciais:

• Previous experience in fintechs or payment institutions.
• Knowledge of mobile app publishing routines (App Store, Google Play).
• Intermediate English.
