FCamara is actively seeking a Senior Fullstack AI Engineer to join our innovative team. This pivotal role involves a strategic partnership with a leading national institution in higher education, specializing in health sciences, including Medicine and Dentistry. We are looking for a skilled professional to drive the creation of AI prototypes, automations, integrations, and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs). The successful candidate will collaborate closely with product and business stakeholders to translate efficiency opportunities into practical, AI-powered solutions. This will involve utilizing generative AI, APIs, web development, and seamless integrations with internal systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop cutting-edge prototypes and MVPs incorporating generative AI, automations, and system integrations.
- Engineer automated workflows using n8n and facilitate integrations via APIs.
- Leverage advanced AI tools such as Claude, Claude Code, Lovable, OpenAI, and similar platforms.
- Design and enhance solutions across multiple programming languages, including Node.js, React, PHP, and Python.
- Integrate diverse systems, including internal platforms, databases, web applications, and AI tools.
- Provide technical expertise for the design of AI agents, copilots, intelligent assistants, and smart workflows.
- Assess technical feasibility, estimate effort, identify risks, and define architectural strategies for solutions.
- Champion best practices in security, logging, authentication, and secure data handling.
- Document developed solutions and support the transition of MVPs to production environments.
- Offer consultative guidance on mapping "As-is" processes and proposing "To-Be" solutions that deliver significant value.
Required Skills & Experience
- Over 5 years of experience in software development.
- Proven experience with AI-accelerated development tools like Claude Code, Lovable, GitHub Copilot, or similar vibe coding platforms.
- Demonstrated expertise in creating AI Agents.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze "As-is" processes and propose value-driven "To-Be" solutions.
- Hands-on experience with n8n for building automations and integrations.
- Proficiency in rapid prototyping and evolving concepts into functional MVPs.
- Solid command of Node.js, React, and REST API integration.
- Proficiency in Python for automations, scripting, or AI integrations.
- Familiarity with PHP applications.
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or comparable AI orchestration frameworks.
- Understanding of cloud platforms, Docker, CI/CD, DevOps, or serverless architectures.
- In-depth knowledge of generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and AI API utilization.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with product, business, and technology teams.

- Prior experience within the education and health technology sectors.
- Knowledge of TOTVS/RM or Protheus systems.
