We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our Technology team and help us change lives. This position operates under our Gran Mundo model, offering 100% remote work (CLT contract).
Responsibilities and Attributions
- Design, develop, and implement robust and scalable software solutions.
- Develop high-performance and secure RESTful APIs.
- Implement automations to optimize processes and workflows.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to understand and implement requirements.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Test and debug code to ensure quality and performance.
- Contribute to discussions on standards, architecture, and methodologies in technology.
- Disseminate knowledge among the team regarding technologies, tools, concepts, or techniques.
- Contribute insights to improve performance, usability, and user experience.
- Participate actively in agile ceremonies, contributing ideas for continuous improvement.
Requirements and Qualifications
What we are looking for:
- Knowledge of backend development with PHP.
- Knowledge of frontend development: React, Tailwind, TypeScript.
- Knowledge of backend development with Node.js.
- Experience with RESTful API development.
- Knowledge of databases (MySQL, Redis, DynamoDB).
- Knowledge of Docker.
- Knowledge of Git (Gitflow).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactivity, analytical thinking, and ability to propose solutions.
- Ability to advocate for ideas that assist the team in decision-making.
Differentiators
- Knowledge of AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Experience with Generative AI (GenAI) tools and platforms.
