The Opportunity: Senior Full Stack Software Developer
We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Developer who excels in technical leadership and takes complete ownership of complex projects, from initial concept through to production deployment. You will be responsible for designing and delivering reliable, scalable software solutions for global e-commerce brands, collaborating closely within a cross-functional team.
Our development environment utilizes AI tools and modern workflows to accelerate delivery, streamline processes, and ensure high-quality, maintainable outcomes from generated code. We value developers who move quickly, apply sound judgment, and deliver practical, meaningful solutions.

What You Will Do
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable systems and APIs capable of handling high-traffic demands.
- Collaborate with Product and Design teams to deliver solutions that provide significant value to our merchants.
- Mentor and guide team members, conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback to ensure high-quality results.
- Utilize AI tools to accelerate development cycles, streamline workflows, and maintain consistent code quality standards.
- Take full ownership of complex development tasks, including writing unit tests, managing merge requests, and overseeing production releases.
- Drive all phases of the development lifecycle, from planning and estimations to retrospectives and post-launch improvements.
- Shape technical discussions regarding user stories, requirements, and technical approaches, contributing senior-level insight to critical decisions.
- Partner with teammates to efficiently resolve incidents, bugs, and performance issues.
- Maintain and evolve product documentation to ensure accuracy, actionability, and relevance.
Required Skills and Experience
- 7+ years of development experience, preferably within SaaS, e-commerce, or the Shopify ecosystem.
- Strong proficiency in PHP, specifically with hands-on experience using the Laravel framework.
- Strong proficiency in Go (Golang), including core libraries and syntax.
- Experience in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3, with hands-on experience in React or similar modern front-end frameworks.
- Deep understanding of REST and GraphQL APIs, including integrations with Shopify’s Admin and Storefront APIs.
- Comfortable utilizing Git, modern development workflows, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to leverage AI tools to accelerate development, streamline workflows, and maintain consistent, high-quality code.
Bonus Experience
- Experience with Liquid (for theme integrations), Shopify Functions, and Shopify Flow integrations.
- Familiarity with Shopify Polaris and App Bridge for building embedded app experiences.
