Senior Full-Stack Developer (Early Stage Digital Platform)

Amendoeira Produções is dedicated to developing artistic-cultural and technological projects. We are currently in the initial phase of developing an innovative digital platform in the education sector—a specialized search engine—with strong potential for medium and long-term growth and scalability.

We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer to join this early-stage digital project, taking full responsibility for the end-to-end technical development of the platform.

Responsibilities

• Define the platform's technical architecture.
• Execute full-stack development (frontend, backend, and APIs).
• Implement best practices for security, performance, and scalability.
• Prepare the product for future growth and monetization strategies.

Minimum Technical Skills Required

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience (preferably 7+ years).
• Solid experience in full-stack development.
• Mastery of JavaScript and modern frameworks (React or equivalent).
• Backend experience (Node.js, Python, PHP, or similar technologies).
• Knowledge of database systems and architecture.
• Data manipulation skills (SQL, Jupyter notebooks, or advanced Excel proficiency).

Critical Non-Technical Skills

• Ability to thrive in a startup / early-stage environment, distinct from traditional tech-startup concepts.
• Clear communication skills when interacting with non-technical profiles.
• Long-term strategic mindset and a strong focus on scalability.
