Your role
You will become one of the technical pillars of Webilio.
On a daily basis, you will be required to:
- Design and develop modern web applications with Laravel and Vue.js.
- Participate in architecture decisions and technology choices.
- Conduct code reviews and share your knowledge with other developers.
- Estimate work and propose the best technical approaches.
- Optimize application performance, quality, and maintainability.
- Use Claude Code as your main development environment to accelerate delivery while maintaining high quality standards.
- Actively participate in the continuous improvement of our processes and development practices.
What we are looking for
Above all, we are looking for someone passionate about software development.
You are probably the right person if you possess:
- 5 years or more of web development experience.
- Strong mastery of Laravel.
- Strong mastery of Vue.js.
- Excellent understanding of PHP, MySQL, REST APIs, and Git.
- Concrete experience with Claude Code or a strong habit of developing with AI-assisted programming tools.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and propose simple and sustainable solutions.
- Strong attention to code quality.
- Good ability to explain your technical choices and support other developers.
- Autonomy, initiative, and an excellent sense of priorities.
- A positive attitude and a genuine team spirit.
You must be able to:
- Efficiently use Claude Code as a development accelerator.
- Learn and use new IDEs and AI-assisted development tools as technology advances.
- Write precise technical prompts to get reliable results.
- Break down a complex problem into actionable tasks for AI.
- Review, correct, and improve AI-generated code with a critical eye.
- Use AI to accelerate development, refactoring, testing, debugging, and documentation.
- Understand the limits of artificial intelligence and know when to take back control.
- Deliver clean, maintainable, high-quality code despite using AI.
