What You'll Do as a Senior Full-Stack Developer
Development & Delivery
- Develop and maintain back-end features in Java and PHP: REST API design, business logic, transaction management, and dependency handling
- Write efficient MySQL queries, contribute to data architecture decisions, and optimize performance
- Build front-end interfaces in React.js, TypeScript and Javascript, ensuring component quality, state management, and user experience
- Write unit and integration tests covering both back-end and front-end layers
- Be involved at every stage of the product lifecycle, from design to production deployment
Quality & Best Practices
- Write thorough unit and integration tests to ensure feature stability
- Contribute to code reviews with a critical and constructive eye
- Participate in scoping, technical documentation, and maintenance of existing features
- Incorporate AI tools into your daily workflow to improve productivity and output quality
Collaboration & Agility
- Work closely with Product Managers and designers in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Communicate clearly on technical constraints, trade-offs, and blockers
- Help continuously improve the team's development practices

Your Profile
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience, with strong expertise in both front-end and back-end
- Proficiency in React.js, TypeScript and Javascript, including component architecture and performance optimization
- Hands-on experience in Java and/or PHP on the back-end, with understanding of REST APIs and object-oriented patterns
- Comfortable with MySQL: writing complex queries, performance tuning, and understanding data architecture implications
- Experience in a SaaS environment or equivalent
- Practical knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and associated tooling (Git, code reviews, ceremonies)
- Regular use of AI tools as part of your development workflow
- Bilingual in French and English, written and spoken
