Senior Full Stack Developer

Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to join Qogen’s innovative technology team. In this role, you will lead the development and maintenance of complex web applications, ensuring seamless integration across front-end and back-end systems. Your expertise will drive the creation of scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions that meet our strategic objectives. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies including WordPress, Elementor, Oracle, Google Cloud AI, and Figma, contributing to impactful projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize full-stack web applications using technologies including WordPress, Elementor, JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular), Express, Ruby on Rails, and relevant backend languages (PHP, Python, Java, C#, C++, .NET).
• Translate Figma designs into interactive front-end layouts and functional components.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs to enable smooth data exchange between services and front-end interfaces.
• Manage cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud, AWS, and Azure, including AI/ML integration, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security compliance.
• Implement robust security measures including RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) and adhere to best practices for application security.
• Conduct code reviews, write unit tests, and participate in Agile development cycles to maintain high-quality standards.
• Optimize database performance with MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server, and apply data management best practices.
• Support Linux-based environments for deployment, troubleshooting, and cross-platform application performance.
• Engage in continuous learning to stay current with emerging technologies, including AI/ML, quantum engineering concepts, and cloud innovations relevant to future-proofing solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in full-stack development with WordPress, JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular), and server-side languages including PHP, Ruby, Python, Java, C#, C++.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Google Cloud, AWS, Azure) and deploying AI/ML-driven applications.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design, integration, and secure data handling practices.
• Experience with version control systems like GitHub, SVN, or similar collaborative workflows.
• Familiarity with relational databases (MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server) and database optimization techniques.
• Ability to work within Agile methodologies in fast-paced environments and collaborate across interdisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of Linux operating systems and IT infrastructure relevant to application hosting and security is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience building custom WordPress plugins and themes.
• Familiarity with serverless architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code tools.
• Knowledge of emerging AI/ML frameworks and cloud analytics platforms.

Compensation & Hours:

$20/hr, 5 hours per week, paid monthly (30-day recurring).
Opportunity to expand into larger projects and full-time roles.
