Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer (Web & Mobile)

Employment Type: Full-time

Compensation: Competitive (6,000.00zł - 12,000.00zł per month), based on experience.

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to take ownership of a live production platform, managing systems across web frontend, mobile (Flutter), and backend services. This role focuses on improving, maintaining, and extending an actively used, mature codebase in a reliable and disciplined manner. We value thoughtful, incremental improvements over complete rewrites.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain features across web applications and Flutter mobile apps.
• Contribute to backend development and API design utilizing PHP (Laravel) and Node.js.
• Ensure consistent behavior and optimal performance across all web and mobile clients.
• Debug and resolve critical issues within production environments.
• Enhance system reliability, performance, and long-term maintainability.
• Participate in technical decision-making, carefully considering tradeoffs and long-term impact.
• Collaborate effectively with product and operations teams to deliver production-safe changes.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proven experience building and maintaining full-stack applications in production environments.
• Strong expertise in frontend development using modern web technologies.
• Experience developing and maintaining Flutter mobile applications.
• Backend proficiency with Laravel (PHP) and/or Node.js.
• Solid understanding of APIs, relational databases, and application architecture.
• Ability to work independently and clearly communicate complex technical decisions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting applications with high uptime requirements and real users.
• Track record of improving the performance or reliability of existing systems.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS or similar).
• Experience working effectively in remote or distributed teams.
