About the Team
Our Front-End Product Engineers are dynamic, moving across projects and teams to deliver maximum customer value. As the primary interface for our product experience, we seek top-tier, product-focused Angular engineers.

What You Will Be Working On
As a key member of our product and engineering team, you will focus on crafting exceptional user experiences for our hosts.
Our fully-distributed team includes 5 product managers, 25 backend engineers, and 4 frontend engineers. We are expanding our team to support the rapid delivery of our product and backend engineering initiatives.
Following onboarding, you will immediately engage in feature development, building, enhancing, and taking ownership of the user experience for hosts and their guests.
- Collaborate with product, sales, customer success, and engineering teams to develop, deploy, and own features that address host challenges.
- Contribute your expertise to shape and enhance our product, actively participating in its evolution rather than just executing predefined specifications.
- Embrace a fast-paced environment, identifying simplification opportunities and breaking down work into smaller increments to deliver MVPs and value to hosts more rapidly.
- Leverage your engineering skills to create, deploy, iterate on, and take full ownership and accountability for delivering high-quality user experiences.
- Utilize observability tools like LogRocket and Sentry for tracking and debugging production features.
- Provide valuable input on the maintenance and improvement of frontend codebases.
Our engineering team is committed to Laravel and Angular. Our tech stack, known as PALM-B, includes PHP, Angular, Laravel, MySQL, and Beanstalk.
Requirements
Hospitable.com operates as a fully remote and distributed company. While location is flexible, candidates working within European timezones are preferred for this role.

- Proficiency in modern Angular, RxJS, and Tailwind CSS.
- Bonus: Experience with hybrid mobile applications (e.g., Ionic) or web components.

The salary budget for this role ranges from $134,450.00 - $167,258.30, adjusted for location. We offer international contractor roles or employee positions in the US, EU, or Australia. For US employees, the gross salary is between $123,995.91 - $154,253.22.
Equity options are available via our $HOST token (RSUs), with a current grant value of up to $76,026.50, allowing you to share in the company's long-term growth.
This role also qualifies for up to an additional $387,944.00 annually in Performance Share Units (PSUs). PSUs are granted upon achieving specific business performance targets, directly linking compensation to company impact.
