About the Team

The Promotional team comprises talented individuals focused on delivering best-in-class promotional capabilities. Our goal is to empower marketing leaders to create compelling offers and provide standout guest experiences. We integrate with third-party providers, support client developers in launching promotions and games, and build tools for marketing and operations stakeholders to configure optimal user experiences. We prioritize delivering highly reliable and scalable solutions.

About the Work

  • Manage daily activities of software development teams, including goal setting, mentorship, coaching, leadership, guidance, and performance feedback.
  • Collaborate with the Product Manager to build roadmaps, define requirements, and ensure team execution.
  • Document development deliverables and key decisions in line with design and development processes.
  • Support hiring initiatives within the engineering department.
  • Identify process issues and contribute to enhancing design, development processes, and system architecture.
  • Ensure development adheres to the development process throughout the lifecycle.
  • Establish and monitor success metrics (KPIs and SLAs) for team and system performance.
  • Work with the team to achieve performance, scalability, and reliability goals.
  • Stay updated on relevant trends, techniques, and technology.
  • Perform other duties as required.
