Job Description
As a Sr. Director of Product Management within the ServiceNow Global Cloud Services team, you will lead the evolution of our Cloud Infrastructure through advanced zero-touch automation. This strategic leadership role involves driving innovation to enhance Cloud infra scale, performance, and reliability. You will build and mentor a high-performing team, guide cloud infra innovation, shape product direction, define architecture, and ensure product quality.
Your responsibilities will include leading Product Managers in the ideation, definition, design, and development of next-generation cloud infra platforms and automations. You will tackle complex technical and business challenges, delivering highly reliable and user-friendly solutions that boost business efficiency. The ideal candidate possesses a proven track record in defining product roadmaps, developing mission-critical software solutions, strong technical acumen, exceptional project management, and communication skills, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Proven experience or critical thinking in AI integration into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving, including AI-powered tools, workflow automation, and AI-driven insights.
- Ability to establish a compelling vision for the ServiceNow Cloud and provide thought leadership across all ServiceNow product lines.
- Skill in driving the product roadmap to deliver innovation, collaborating with various product lines towards common goals.
- Close collaboration with architects and engineering directors to design reliable, secure, and scalable solutions while ensuring a frictionless user experience.
- A data-driven approach to defining success metrics, prioritizing requirements, and communicating plans and progress cross-functionally.
- Strong capability to drive execution and delivery, managing dependencies across diverse ServiceNow teams.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively lead projects and initiatives within the Cloud and products organization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical information clearly to various audiences.
- Experience in management of resources, staffing, mentoring, and leading a best-in-class engineering team.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, with an aptitude for learning new technologies.
- 10-15 years of product management, engineering, or relevant industry experience in high-tech or strategic consulting firms.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with leading cloud platforms such as Amazon, OpenStack, or Azure.
- Familiarity with the ServiceNow Platform.
- Experience working in a continuous integration continuous deployment (CI/CD) environment.
- Proficiency in developing scalable and distributed systems using Java, C++, C#, and scripting languages like JavaScript, Python, Ruby, PHP, or Perl in UNIX or Windows environments.
For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $254,500 - $445,400, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation, and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan, and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
