Key Responsibilities:

Cloud Governance and Strategy:

  • Act as a technical reference in AWS, defining architecture standards that ensure resilience, high scalability, and security for digital products and the data ecosystem.
  • Lead the Infrastructure as Code (IaC) strategy, ensuring governance and standardization of modules and states through Terraform.
  • Promote and manage the use of modern technologies, including Containers (Kubernetes), Microservices, APIs, and messaging services for high-volume flows.

Delivery Excellence and Automation:

  • Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines in Jenkins, ensuring fast, secure, and consistent deployment automations in production.
  • Support the implementation and governance of new repositories and services, ensuring integration between development squads and the data area.
  • Participate in the coding of automations and internal tools alongside other engineers, applying Clean Code, SOLID, and Clean Architecture standards.

Observability and Resilience:

  • Monitor the health of environments through the ELK stack, establishing risk mitigation plans and ensuring product performance and scalability.
  • Act with readiness and assertiveness in resolving critical incidents, performing root cause analysis (RCA) and proposing definitive improvements.
  • Actively decide on new technologies and patterns that support the product strategy and the evolution of the #TechInsurance platform.

Required Skills & Experience:

Technical Experience and Tools (Hard Skills):

  • Cloud Computing (AWS): Solid and deep experience in AWS architecture and services, ensuring resilience and scalability of production and data environments.
  • Containers and Orchestration: Mastery in Docker and practical experience in administering Kubernetes clusters.
  • DevOps & CI/CD: Proficiency in Jenkins and code management tools like Git and Bitbucket, using the Gitflow strategy.
  • Databases: Experience in managing and optimizing relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and non-relational (MongoDB, DynamoDB) databases.
  • Architecture and Integration: Proven experience in Microservices, APIs, and Messaging Services ecosystems.
  • Observability: Practical knowledge in the ELK stack (Elastic, Logstash, Kibana) for monitoring and log analysis.
  • Development: Knowledge in one of the following languages or frameworks: Python/Django, PHP/Laravel, or VueJS.
  • Quality and Standards: Solid knowledge in Domain Driven Design (DDD), Test Driven Development (TDD), Clean Architecture, Clean Code, and SOLID.
  • Methodologies and Management: Practical experience in agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban) and mastery of the JIRA tool.

Skills, Education, and Differentials:

  • Strong capacity for organization and acting in different contexts simultaneously, with the ability to transform complex problems into simple solutions.
  • Excellent communication, interaction, and teamwork with technical teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong sense of ownership, proactivity in problem-solving, and openness to giving and receiving feedback.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments with a focus on continuous innovation.
  • Academic Background: Complete degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related areas.
  • Language: Intermediate level English.
